Improve VSO’s retention rates and engage supporters through inspiring communications.

Smoke identified VSO as a hub for all human potential in their mission to eradicate extreme poverty through volunteering. With this notion as the basis for our strategy and keeping the audience and their interests in mind, we launched Kin: a bi-annual magazine for donors that shares stories from the places VSO works. A fortnightly email newsletter was also created to go out to supporters.
